Relating to Slingshots

Current state legislations and weapons acts for each Australian state so you can determine whether your knife or slingshot for example is legal in your state. We have also highlighted some items we have determined to have restrictions.

QUEENSLAND:

We will post all forms of Slingshot devices and accessories

NSW:

We can ship Pocket shots and pellets but not the slingshot frames

Slingshots are illegal in NSW and can’t be sold (with exception for Pocket Shot Slingshot as it is not ‘y’ frame).

ACT:

We will post all forms of Slingshot devices and accessories, proof of age must be provided

Slingshots are currently available for sale, however you must be over 18yrs of age to purchase.

VICTORIA:

We can ship accessories only

Commercially made complete slingshots are considered a prohibited weapon.

TASMANIA:

We will post all forms of Slingshot devices and accessories

Slingshots are legal in Tasmanian as long as they are used on private property

SOUTH AUSTRALIA:

We will post all forms of Slingshot devices and accessories 

Slingshots are considered a Dangerous Article, and exemption must be presented.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA:

We can ship accessories only

Slingshots are illegal in WA and can’t be sold.

NORTHERN TERRITORY:

Slingshots are illegal in NT and can’t be sold.
